About MTB Pro Camps

These two day camps are designed for beginner or intermediate riders with a year or  two of riding experience. Each lesson will build on the previous lesson and culminate with a 4 hour tour of some of the most rewarding trails in the Adirondack High Peaks. Each day will start at 8 am and end at 4:30pm with a 1 hour lunch break (bring your own or purchase on site (@Little Super Market Deli). A limited number of modern full suspension rental bikes are available, but it is highly recommended that you use the bike you own. Course formats combine demonstration, skills drills, challenges, games and lots of trail riding application.

Day 1 Morning

8 Meet and Greet

8:30 Course Intro

9 Bike Check & Setup,

9:30 Body position

10 Braking for Speed, Pedaling with Efficincy and Power

10:30 Trail Ride Application

12 LUNCH

Day 2  Morning

8 Bike check & Q&A

830 Hops and Drops

930 Pump Track, Skills Park, Rollers, Skinnies

10 Trail Ride Application

12 LUNCH

Day 1 Afternoon

1pm Cornering Masters

2pm Pumping the Chunder

3 Switchbacks

3:30 Technical Climbing (riding up rock gardens) 

4:30 Review and Recharge for Day 2

Day 2 Afternoon

1 Jumping

2 Advanced Drops and Hops

3 Trail Ride Applications 

4:30 Review and HUGS or Fist Bumps (depending on the vibe)
